Refund & Money-Back Policy
At G Link Global Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT consultancy and support services. We value transparency, fairness, and client satisfaction. Please read our refund policy below:
1. Service-Based Refunds
As a provider of digital and consultancy services, we do not offer refunds for services that have been fully delivered or utilized.
2. Project Deposits
All project-based work (e.g., infrastructure setup, software integration, cloud migration) requires a deposit before commencement. Deposits are non-refundable unless a project is cancelled before any work has begun.
3. Monthly Services (e.g., Support & Cloud Management)
For ongoing services billed monthly:
You may cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice.
No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.
4. Client Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with our services:
Please contact us within 7 days of service delivery.
We will work with you to address concerns through adjustments or additional support.
In rare cases, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion, based on project scope and work completed.
5. Disputed Payments
If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us at billing@glinkglobalsolutions.com within 5 business days of receiving the invoice. We’ll investigate and resolve it promptly.
6. No Refunds for Third-Party Costs
Any costs paid to third-party vendors (e.g., software licenses, hosting, domain registration) on your behalf are non-refundable.
